Northwest Pony League registration is open!

What is Northwest Pony League?
Northwest Pony is a transition league for 13-year-old and 14-year-old players that is designed to take graduates of Little League Baseball and prepare them for High School Baseball. Select players are welcome to also play NW Pony and are encouraged to do so. We understand that sometimes select players may miss practices or games, so we ask for good communication with coaches.

What is the age range for Fall pony baseball?
The player's birthdate must be between May 1, 2011 - April 30, 2013, PLUS high school freshmen who are interested in playing Fall-only Pony baseball. Note that incoming freshmen must use a BBCOR (drop 3) bat and must pitch from the high school 60’ 6” distance. Please check the little league age chart for your player's baseball age.

Practice and Games:
Generally, teams practice once per week and have games on one weeknight each week, and then a guaranteed game on Sunday afternoon/evening.

Who do we play?
Northwest Pony partners with Western Hills, South Austin and Delwood. Teams will play games both at Northwest Pony and against those teams at their fields as well. We do our best to limit travel during the weeknight games but there are instances where this will happen.

What does the Fall season look like?
The Pony Fall season is typically around 12 regular season games and an end of season tournament (weather permitting).

Where is the NW Pony field?
The NW Pony field is located at 6799 N. Park Drive, Austin, TX 78757. It's right up the street from the NWLL fields!
